Time changes, tv, and nothing much

I love the Fall time change. It's one of my favorite days of the year. And I never set my clocks the night before like the new guys always recommend. The best part for me is to get up at 7:00am and the go around the house and change all the clocks and suddenly have a whole additional hour! It always feels like such a long, luxurious day.

Also, today I had the joy of calling my daughter at 8:40 am to ask if she remembered the time change. She hadn't. And she's having a family get-together today so having another hour was a gift - made me feel like a hero!

And speaking of Heroes, Ed and I rented the first 3 discs of Season 1 and we're totally hooked. Reminds me of Twin Peaks and X-Files. We've been recording Season 2 but can't watch them until we finish Season 1. So the next few nights we'll be glued to the tv, I'm sure.

Oh, and finally - Twin Peaks is out on video. Don't know how many of you watched that show, but Jenni and I loved it. Who could not love the Log Lady, the dancing dwarf, or brie and butter sandwiches? Better get to my Amazon.com Wish List and add it!!

The thing I don't like about the time change is that it gets dark so darn early!

I loved Twin Peaks. I must add it to my list too.

Now it gets dark really early, but it is nice to have the extra hour!

When I lived in CA I loved the time change as well.

Thank you for your comments on Phoenix Joaquin - I appreciate the support.

If Heroes is anything like X-files I'll definitely check it out. Say hi to your daughter for me - tell her it is Scoober's older sister =_

I am happy for the lack of time change. I experienced when living in Texas. The 'spring forward' and loss of an hour's sleep... woe woe the day.

Nope don't miss that at all.

I miss all the good shows! Blast the night shift! (shaking fist at the sky)
