Hello, my name is Sandi and I like Comic Sans
I'm sure there are people who don't like my hair, or my personality. Maybe my sense of humor annoys them. Or the fact that I'm a blonde Italian. Whatever. Everyone deserves to have their own opinions of other people and, frankly, it rarely gets to me.
Until now. I read something online about type fonts and personality and it said that people who use Comic Sans are immature, overly playful, and (in one strongly worded response) one person said anyone who uses the idiotic Comic Sans font is basically the scum of the earth!!
That would be me! I like Comic Sans. Oh, sure, my daughter and her husband make jokes about it. Blogger doesn't offer it on their short list of fonts. And there aren't any great novels printed in that font. But I like it. And I'm not ashamed of it.
Maybe there's a support group for Comic Sansians?!? Or, better yet, an activist group!
There, I've said it. I may be the scum of the earth, but at least I'm playful!!

That is so funny! I like Comic Sans too. I think it's just right between serious and fun.
We should stand together on Comic Sans!
Were you aware that your love of Comic Sans is why Jeff calls you "Sans?" It's not just some cute shortening of "Sandi."
Why, no, I did not know that about Jeff! The little punk...
I like comic sans for fun stuff, but Times New Roman with italics look cool. Kinda Traditional.
You could try changing the font in the HTML of the blog post. i'm sure comic sans would work.Haven't tried though, but other HTML tags do work.
i'm not a big fan but only because i used it on everything back in the day. i'm here for you Sandi. i've been down that road before... a recovering Comic Sans addict.
I'm with ya sista. Most teachers use that font. I guess our inner child never grew up
