Blogger friends, meet Rose

Say hello to my new laptop! I bought my first one a couple of years ago and decided at the time to go for something small and light so it would be easy to travel with. However, the 11" screen no longer works and I needed a regular keyboard and a screen that I could actually see.

So, meet my new friend, Rose, with her 15.4" screen. Notice the color? I find that the older I get, the more I like red. My fear is that one day I'll be wearing one of those red hats, but for now I'll just stick to a red car, red laptop, red mouse, red shoes, red purse, red lining on the neoprene bag for my laptop.....

I've spent the last couple of days personalizing Rose, adding favorite icons, Google Toolbar, desktops, etc. And finally our wireless is working at home so I can use my new toy anywhere. I love technology!
