Karma, sweet Karma...

Ok, I admit it -I like Country music!! How can you NOT love songs like Goodbye Earl, Tequila Makes Her Clothes Come Off, Badonkadonk, and Let's Get Drunk and Be Somebody!! My Red-Hot-Chili-Pepper-lovin' daughter is not amused by my choice of music.

Jenni is a "button pusher" with her car radio - always looking for just the right song. So, the other day she was driving the kids somewhere and hit the button for one of her favorite stations. Unbeknownst to her, their format had changed to Country!! That very morning!!! The song Amarillo Sky was on and the kids loved the part about the tractor. They didn't want her to change the station - they were lovin' it! Jenni had to call me at work to tell me her kids were tainted!

Then they heard She Thinks my Tractor's Sexy and they wanted to listen to that one too. Apparently they dig tractor songs! But Mama said nope, enough of that. However, the next time the kids visit me I know what we'll be playing on the old radio. Maybe I can teach them the boot-scootin' boogie....

That is really funny. I live in the land of "country music" and if there's dancing it's going to be the two-step. My taste is more toward jazz, but some of the country is really funny!
